.....RESTEC Windmills (Renewable Energy Systems & Technology) has exclusive worldwide sales rights for high-performance water-pumping windmills produced in China.
.....RESTEC's contract with Jilin Daxin Industry Corporation (JDIC) , signed in September 1997, provides exclusive manufacturing and sales rights for JDIC in China for windmills manufactured under sub-contract by the Jilin Civil Engineering Machinery Works (JCEMW), a division of the China National Construction Machinery Corporation. (CNCMC). The contract also provides for RESTEC to receive 20% of JDIC's profits and to have exclusive worldwide sales rights (outside China) .

...........1) proprietary developments of its Chinese corporate partner, JCIC, one of China's 10 largest corporations,
...........2) RESTEC management's marketing know-how, and
...........3) $5 million of prior R&D.
